How to use this service
- Please ensure you register your Key Fob online at www.wherearemykeys.co.uk . If you do not register your key fob online, we will have no way of contacting you should your keys be found.
- Once registered please attach your Listers Protech Key Finder Fob to your car keys.
- Please retain your Key finder Card counter part somewhere safe to refer to in the event of losing you keys.
- You can report missing keys by telephoning 01622 816109, you will need to quote your unique key fob number from your card.
- Should you need to update any details we hold please contact us in writing at the above address quoting your unique key fob code and full original details that need updating. You may be asked additional security question to verify your identity.
What happens if your keys are found?
- Upon receiving notification from the finder of your lost set of keys we will contact you using the details you have registered. You may be asked security question to verify your identity. We will then arrange for the keys to be returned to you in a manner that is convenient and safe.
- We will pay for the keys to be returned to you.
- If you think that your car keys have been permanently lost, you can all us on 01622 816109 to report them as missing.
- If you believe your car keys have been stolen immediately report it to the police.
PLEASE NOTE
- We do not guarantee that lost keys will be found.
- Only keys which are attached to a Lister Protech Key Finder Fob are covered by this service.
- You must have registered your key fob online at www.wherearemykeys.co.uk
Your entitlement to use this service will run for 3 years from the date you register your unique Key fob with us.
